Why was my bank deposit declined?
Bank deposits to your USD, GBP, or EUR account on Onboard may be declined for a number of reasons, including but not limited to:
- The sender or source of funds couldn't be verified
- The deposit didn't meet our verification requirements
- The deposit exceeded your account limits
- The transaction was flagged during our routine security checks
In all cases, declined deposits are returned to the sender.
