What are the fees and limits on my USD named bank account?

Setting up your USD Account is free - no setup fee or activation charge.


Deposit fees:

SSB Bank - 0.5% + $1 per deposit / Lead Bank - 1% + $1 per deposit

Fedwire

SSB Bank - 0.5% + $20 per deposit / Lead Bank - 1% + $20 per deposit

SWIFT (SSB Bank only)

SSB Bank - 0.5% + $25 per deposit


Fees are deducted before funds are credited to your Cash Balance.


Minimum deposit: Must be above the applicable fee - more than $1 for ACH, more than $20 for Fedwire, and more than $23 for SWIFT.

First-party includes deposits from accounts in your own name, accounts sharing your surname (e.g., family members), registered business entities, and platforms (like Deel, Upwork, Envato etc)


Third-party is any deposit from someone who doesn't fall into the above — for example, a friend or an unrelated individual.


Deposits above these limits may trigger additional compliance review.


Other things to know:

  • No limit on the number of deposits you can receive
