What happens if my USD Account application is rejected?

If your USD Account application is not approved, the decision is final and cannot be retried.

Alternatives for receiving payments:

Stablecoin deposits — Share your USDT or USDC deposit address with your payer. Works globally, no additional verification needed.
NGN named account — If you're in Nigeria, you can receive Naira which auto-converts to USD.
GBP or EUR named account — If you've already completed proof of income verification, you can still create a GBP or EUR Named Account to receive payments in those currencies. Tap Add → GBP or EUR on your Cash Balance.

If you believe the decision was made in error, contact support with your Boardpass.
