How do I set up my EUR named account?

You can create an EUR account in your own name to receive EUR deposits into your Cash balance on Onboard.

To set it up:

1. From your app dashboard, tap Add (or tap View bank details) on your Cash Balance
2. Select EUR
3. If prompted, complete any required verification steps (photo ID, and proof of income if applicable)
4. Confirm, and your account details are generated in 1–2 minutes

Once set up, you'll have an IBAN in your name for receiving SEPA transfers.

Eligibility:

• You must be verified with a photo ID
• Users from certain countries may need to complete proof of income verification
• EUR accounts are not available in some countries — see Is Onboard available in my country? for details

Does it cost anything?

No, setting up your EUR account is completely free.
