How do I receive GBP payments on Onboard?

Once your GBP Named Account is set up, you can receive payments by sharing your account details with anyone who needs to pay you in GBP. Deposits are converted to USD at the live rate and credited to your Cash balance.

To view your details:

1. Tap Add on your Cash balance (or tap View bank details)
2. Select GBP
3. Your account number, sort code, IBAN, and bank name are displayed

Accepted payment methods:

• UK Faster Payments (domestic UK transfers)
• SEPA (payments from within the EU)

Payments from outside the UK or EU are not currently supported.

Processing time

The processing time depends on the method used by the sender. Payments via UK Faster Payments & SEPA Instant usually arrive within minutes, while slower methods like SEPA Standard may take up to 24 hours to arrive.

Fees: £0.50 per deposit (UK) / £1 per deposit (outside UK)
