How do I receive EUR payments on Onboard?
Once your EUR named account is set up, you can receive EUR payments by sharing your IBAN with anyone who needs to pay you. EUR deposits are automatically converted to USD at the live rate and credited to your Cash balance.
To view your details:
- Tap Add on your Cash Balance (or tap View bank details)
- Select EUR
- Your IBAN, bank name, and account details are displayed
Accepted payment method: SEPA (payments from within the EU)
Processing time
The processing time depends on the method used by the sender. Payments via SEPA Instant usually arrive within minutes, while SEPA Standard transfers may take up to 24 hours.
