    Update your phone number in Onboard securely. New numbers become active for OTPs and verification 24 hours after the change.Few readers
  • Can I change my name on Onboard?
    No. Your name is automatically set from the government-issued ID you submitted during verification. Onboard requires users to transact using their legal names for compliance purposes. If there's a spelling error or display issue, contact support at support@onboard.xyz for assistance.Some readers
  • Can I change my email address?
    No. Your email address is permanently tied to your account and cannot be changed. For users with a DeFi Wallet, it's also tied to your wallet backup.Few readers
  • How do I delete my account?
    Go to Settings → Security → Delete Account Confirm your request After submitting, there's a 7-day recovery window during which you can contact support to cancel. After 7 days, your account is permanently deleted. Make sure to withdraw any remaining funds before initiating deletion.Few readers

  • What are passkeys and should I enable them?
    Passkeys let you log in and authorize transactions using your device biometrics (Face ID, Touch ID, or equivalent) instead of email codes. Benefits: Faster login — no waiting for email OTPs Secure withdrawals — biometric confirmation instead of codes Phishing-resistant — tied to your specific device You'll first be prompted to enable passkeys on your next login after signup.
