What is the Classic card and where is it available?
The Classic Card is Onboard's virtual Visa card available in countries where the Flex Card is not yet supported. It works for online payments anywhere Visa is accepted.

Good to know
- Classic is online-only — it cannot be added to Apple Pay or Google Pay
- If Flex becomes available in your country in the future, we'll let you know so you can upgrade
If you're in a Flex-supported country but your Flex application was rejected, contact support via the in-app chat - we may be able to offer Classic as an alternative.
