Can I use my Onboard card on the Apple App Store?

Unfortunately, this is a known limitation. Apple enforces strict regional matching — your App Store region must match the card's issuing country. If your Apple ID is registered in a country like Nigeria but you're paying with a USD card, the payment will fail.

There's currently no workaround for this. Apple requires the billing currency to match your account region.
