Why is my USD bank account verification still pending?

After you submit your information for your USD bank account, it goes through a separate review process — this is different from your initial identity verification on Onboard.


How long does it take?

Most applications are reviewed within 24–48 hours, but some may take up to 5 business days depending on additional checks required for your region or profile.


Why does it take longer than regular verification?

Your USD account comes with a US bank account in your name, which requires a more detailed review by our banking partner. This includes verifying your proof of address, source of funds, and other compliance information. It's a standard regulatory requirement — not a sign of any problem with your account.


What should I do while I wait?

You don't need to do anything. You'll be notified in the app once your account is approved. Don't resubmit your application, as this won't speed up the process.


What if it's been longer than 5 business days?

Contact support with your BoardPass and we'll check on the status for you.


In the meantime, if you need to receive USD payments urgently, you can share your USDT or USDC deposit address with your payer — this works globally and doesn't require USD account approval.
