Why am I being asked to verify again for a new feature?
This is completely normal. Onboard uses a progressive verification model — some advanced features like the Flex Card, USD Named Account, and EUR deposits have additional regulatory requirements.
Depending on how your initial verification was processed, you may need to provide extra information or re-submit your ID. This doesn't mean anything is wrong with your account — it's a standard compliance step that helps keep your account secure.
