How long does it take to verify my identity?

In most cases, identity verification is completed within seconds of submitting your photo ID and selfie.

Occasionally, your submission may be routed to manual review, which can take longer (up to 48 hours in some cases). If this happens, you'll be notified in the app, and you can send us a message via the in-app chat to resolve it quickly.

If verification fails, you can retry up to 3 times in total. Make sure your ID photo is clear, well-lit, and matches the selfie you take.
