What merchants and activities are not allowed?
Onboard cards cannot be used for gambling or betting, weapons or ammunition, controlled substances, counterfeit goods, escort services, pyramid schemes, pirated content, or any activity promoting violence or hate.
Certain merchant categories are also automatically blocked, including money transfer services, cryptocurrency platforms, securities brokers, dating services, and government-owned lotteries.
Some businesses in financial services or regulated industries may face additional checks or be ineligible.
