What happens if my USD Account application is rejected?

If your application is not approved, the USD Named Account cannot be activated and the application cannot be retried.

If you need to receive USD payments, consider alternatives:

• Stablecoin deposits — share your USDT or USDC deposit address with your payer (works globally, no additional verification needed)
• NGN Named Account — if you're in Nigeria, you can receive Naira which auto-converts to USD

If you believe the decision was made in error, contact support with your Boardpass.
