Proof of Income - What documents do I need?

As part of our ongoing commitment to keeping Onboard safe and secure, we may occasionally ask you to verify your source of income. This is a standard compliance check and doesn't mean anything is wrong with your account.

When asked, you'll see a Proof of Income screen in the app. Select the option that best describes your situation and upload the relevant documents.

Employment or contract work

• Employment contract or offer letter from your employer
• Pay slip or bank statement showing salary credit (in USD, GBP, or EUR)
• Invoice or receipt from a client (in USD, GBP, or EUR)

Freelance or creator earnings (YouTube, Upwork, Fiverr, etc.)

• Earnings dashboard screenshot (e.g., YouTube, Fiverr, Upwork) showing your name
• Payout receipt or transaction confirmation from the platform
• Invoice issued through the platform (in USD, GBP, or EUR)

Crypto earnings

• Trade or transaction history from your exchange, showing your name and balance

Savings or investment account

• Bank statement (last 3 months) showing your name and balance (in USD, GBP, or EUR)
• Fund deposit or investment account document showing your name and balance
• Screenshot from savings platform showing your name or balance (in USD, GBP, or EUR)

Tips for a smooth review:

• Make sure your name is visible on the document
• Documents should show amounts in USD, GBP, or EUR
• Screenshots must be clear and unedited
• If your document is in a different language, it may take longer to review
