Onboard Pay has been retired - here's what to use instead
Onboard Pay is being retired.
The features previously available through Onboard Pay — converting between EUR/USD and stablecoins — are now handled directly within the Onboard app:
To receive EUR or USD:
- Set up your EUR, GBP, or USD Named Account directly from your Cash Balance. Tap Add and select the currency you want. See our guides for EUR, GBP, or USD.
To withdraw in EUR or USD:
- Use the Send feature to withdraw from your Cash Balance, crypto wallets on Onboard, or your external crypto wallet to a bank account in EUR or USD.
To buy or sell stablecoins:
- Fund your Cash Balance or Trading Wallet with stablecoins directly — no need for a separate service. See How do I deposit stablecoins (USDT/USDC) to my Cash balance? and How do I fund my Trading Wallet? for more details.
If you have a pending Onboard Pay transaction:
- Contact support with your Boardpass and transaction details and we'll help resolve it.
What happened to my Onboard Pay verification?
- Your Onboard account verification covers all features. No separate verification is needed for EUR, GBP, or USD accounts (though some features may require photo ID or proof of income - you'll be guided through this in the app).
