How do I send money from Onboard?
You can send money from Onboard to external bank accounts and crypto wallets in just a few taps.
To send:
- Tap Send from the bottom menu of your Onboard app,
- Choose your destination — bank account or crypto wallet
- Select the Onboard balance you want to withdraw from (Cash balance, Card, Trading or Defi wallet)
- Enter the amount, currency and the recipient's details
- Review fees and exchange rate, then confirm
Where you can send from:

Where you can send to:
- Bank accounts in USD, EUR, NGN, IDR. GBP, KES and more currencies coming soon.
- External crypto wallets (USDT, USDC)
- Other Onboard balances (via Move)
Good to know:
- USD withdrawals may require additional information before you can continue.
- Card balances don't support direct USD, GBP or EUR withdrawals - move funds to Cash Balance first, then send from there
- You can send to someone else's account from your Cash balance, Card, Trading Wallet, and also the DeFi Wallet
