Is Onboard available in my country?

Onboard is available in most countries worldwide. However, due to regulatory requirements, some countries are not supported for identity verification — which means access to features like Cash Balance, Cards, Trading Wallet, and Send is not available.

Countries where Onboard verification is not supported:

If you're in one of these countries, you'll see a message that your country is not supported when you attempt to verify your identity.

Some features have additional country restrictions:

• Flex Card — Also not available in Cyprus, India, Israel, Montenegro, Nepal, North Macedonia, Palestine, Turkey, and Vietnam. You can still use other Onboard features including the Classic Card.
• USD Account — Also not available in Bangladesh, Gaza Strip, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Morocco, Mozambique, Nepal, North Macedonia, Pakistan, Palestine, and Qatar.

DeFi Wallet is available globally with no country restrictions, since it's a self-custody wallet.
