I funded my card but the funds haven't arrived yet

If your card funding shows as successful but the balance hasn't updated, here's what to check based on how you funded:


Funded with stablecoins (USDT/USDC):


Crypto deposits usually reflect within 5 minutes, but can take longer depending on network congestion. Check that your transaction has been fully confirmed on the blockchain. If it's been more than 15 minutes and your balance still hasn't updated, contact support with:

  • The token and network you sent on
  • The transaction hash (TXID)
  • The amount sent


Funded with local currency (NGN, IDR, KES):


Local currency funding to your card can sometimes take a few minutes to reflect after you've tapped "I've paid".


If it's been more than 30 minutes, contact support with your Boardpass and the amount you sent.


Funded from another Onboard balance (Cash, Trading Wallet, another card):


Internal transfers are instant. If funds haven't reflected, try closing and reopening the app to refresh your balance. If the issue persists, contact support.


In all cases, have these ready when reaching out to support:

  • Your Boardpass
  • The funding method and amount
  • A screenshot of the transaction status
