How do I fund my Onboard card with USDT or USDC?

You can send stablecoins from an external crypto wallet to fund your card directly:

Tap Card from the bottom menu
Tap Fund on your card (swipe right if you have multiple)
Select USDT or USDC
Choose the network you'll be sending on
Copy the deposit address shown in the app
Send your crypto to that address from your external wallet

Funds usually reflect within 5 minutes, depending on network confirmation times.

Fees:

Flex: 1.0% funding fee
Classic: 1.5% funding fee

Some networks have an additional base fee on top of the percentage:

Tron: $1.25
Ethereum: $0.10

Because of these fees, stablecoin funding isn't credited 1:1. For example, with a Flex card (1% fee), you'd need approximately 1.01 USDT to get $1 on your card.

Limits: $1 minimum, $5,000 maximum per transaction. Network-specific limits are displayed when you select your token and network.

⚠️ Make sure you select the correct network in the app to match the network you're sending from. Sending on the wrong network may result in permanent loss of funds.
