How do I fund my card with IDR?

You can fund your card with Indonesian Rupiah directly from a bank account:

Tap Card from the bottom menu
Tap Fund on your card (swipe right if you have multiple)
Select IDR from the currency options
Enter the amount you want to add
Bank account details will be shown in the app — transfer your Rupiah to that account
Tap I've paid once you've sent the money
Once confirmed, the funds will be converted to USD and credited to your card

Fees:

Flex: 1.0% funding fee
Classic: 1.5% funding fee

Conversion from IDR to USD happens at the live rate at the time of confirmation.

Limits: $1 minimum, $5,000 maximum per transaction. If you enter an amount above available limits, you'll see an error.

If your order is delayed: In rare cases, processing may take longer than usual. If this happens, you may be directed to the web-based Exchange interface to follow up on your order.
