How can I use my Onboard card for offline or in-store payments?

You can use your Flex Card for tap-to-pay at any store that accepts Visa contactless — supermarkets, cafés, transit, and more.

How it works:

Add your Flex Card to Apple Pay or Google Pay, then tap your phone at checkout just like you would with any other card.

To set it up:

Open the Apple Wallet or Google Wallet app on your device
Follow the prompts to add a new card
Enter your Flex Card details — card number, expiry, and CVV are available in the app under your card's Details

Good to know:

Only Flex Cards support in-store payments. Classic Cards are online-only.
Your device must support Apple Pay or Google Pay
An in-app "Add to Wallet" button is coming soon — for now, add the card directly through your device's wallet app

Note: In-store payments only work in countries where both Visa contactless is accepted and Apple Pay or Google Pay is supported. For example, tap-to-pay won't work in Nigeria because Apple Pay isn't available there, even though Visa is accepted.
