Flex Cards Fees and Limits

The Flex Card keeps fees simple and provides higher limits designed for everyday spending, travel, subscriptions, and international purchases.

Fees for card replacements

Support will assist if your card needs to be replaced. Any applicable fees will be communicated at that time

Physical cards

Coming soon. Fees (if any) will be announced when the physical card is launched.

Card Creation Fee

There is no cost to create a Flex Card.


Spending Limits


Your Flex Card comes with the following default limits:


  • $5,000 daily spending limit
  • $20,000 monthly spending limit


These limits apply to online transactions and in-store tap payments (Apple Pay / Google Pay) combined.


Higher limits may be offered in the future to users with strong usage history.


FX Fees (Non-USD Payments)


When you pay in a currency other than USD, Flex applies a small, transparent conversion fee:


  • $0.30 + 1% per non-USD transaction


This is significantly lower than the Classic Card (which charges $0.50 + 2.85%).


Funding Fees


Adding money to your Flex Card is also simple:


  • Cash (local currency) → Free
  • Crypto → Free, except USDT on Tron
  • USDT (TRC-20) → 1.25 USDT network fee


Funds you add to your Flex Card appear instantly once the card is created.


Fees for Offline Payments


Using Apple Pay or Google Pay for in-store tap payments has no additional fee beyond the FX fee (if the purchase is not in USD).


Replacement / New Virtual Cards


  • Free


If your card ever needs to be replaced, support will let you know any applicable fees


Physical cards


Physical cards will be supported later, and fees, if any, will be provided when launched.
