Can I withdraw money from my virtual card?

We know how important it is for you to have access to your funds, so we've made it easy for you to withdraw them whenever you need to.

There are two ways to withdraw funds from your card:

1. To another Onboard balance

On the Card dashboard, tap → Move → select destination (Cash/USD balance, Trading Wallet, another card)

2. To an external account (cash or crypto)

Card dashboard, tap More → Transfer → and then follow the Send flow.

Supported destinations include bank accounts (NGN, IDR, KES, UGX) and crypto wallets (USDT, USDC).

Important:

• Card withdrawals are free
• A minimum of $1 must remain on an active card
• USD and EUR withdrawals aren't supported directly from cards — move funds to your Cash Balance first, then withdraw from there

For crypto withdrawals, remember to always double-check the network and wallet address for your transaction to avoid any losses. Unfortunately, we will not be able to recover any funds lost due to incorrect information.
