How long does it take to verify my identity?

In most cases, identity verification is completed within seconds of submitting your ID and selfie.

Occasionally, your submission may be routed to manual review, which can take longer. If this happens, you'll be notified in the app.

If verification fails, you can retry. Make sure your ID photo is clear, well-lit, and matches the selfie you take.
