How do I sign up for Onboard?

Signing up takes just a few minutes:

Download the Onboard app and open it
Enter your email address
If someone referred you, enter their Boardpass code
Verify your email with the code we send you
Select your country (this determines which features are available to you)
Set up your 6-digit passcode
You'll have the option to enable passkeys for faster, more secure logins
Complete identity verification (you can skip this initially, but it's required to use most features)

During identity verification:

Enter your phone number and verify via SMS or WhatsApp
Enter your address
Submit your ID document and a selfie. See a list of valid documents in this guide.

Verification usually takes just a few seconds. In rare cases, it may take longer if your submission needs a manual review.
