How do I freeze and unfreeze my card?

You can temporarily freeze your card to block new transactions:


  1. Go to Cards and swipe to your card
  2. Tap more and toggle the Freeze option


While frozen, any new charges to your card will be declined (though pending transactions may still settle). Unfreeze anytime using the same toggle.


Important: Freezing your card does not cancel active subscriptions with merchants. Cancel those separately.
