How do I deposit EUR into Onboard?

You can send EUR from a bank account and receive USD in your Cash Balance:

1. From Cash Balance, tap Add → EUR
2. You'll receive bank account details, a unique reference code, and the exact amount to send
3. Send the exact EUR amount with the reference code included in the payment

After your payment is received, the fee is deducted, EUR is converted to USD, and funds settle in your Cash Balance.

Important rules:

• You must send the exact amount shown — not more, not less
• You must include the reference code in the payment reference
• Incorrect amounts or missing references may cause the deposit to fail or be returned

This feature requires additional verification, similar to the USD Named Account setup.
