Going from Onboard Switch to Send: all you need to know

What happened to Onboard Switch?

Onboard Switch on the web has been upgraded. You can now convert your tokens on your non-custodial wallets to cash directly in the Onboard app using the Send feature - it's faster, cheaper, and supports the same tokens Switch did (and more).

Why can't I access Switch anymore?

We've moved token conversion into the Send feature on the Onboard app. Instead of a separate web tool, everything now lives in one place on the app — making it easier to manage your funds on the go.

How do I convert my tokens to cash now?

Open the Onboard app and tap Send from the home screen. From there, select the token you want to convert, choose where you want to send the funds, enter the amount, and confirm.

Does Send support the same tokens Switch did?

Yes - including both stablecoins and non-stablecoins. If you were converting tokens on Switch, you can do the same with Send.

Is there anything I need to do?

Just use Send on the app going forward. Your account, balance, and transaction history are all intact — nothing else changes on your end.

I don't have the Onboard app. Where do I get it?

Download it for free on the App Store or Google Play.
