How do I send money from Onboard?
You can send money from Onboard to external bank accounts and crypto wallets in just a few taps.
To send:
- Tap Send from your Cash Balance, or tap Withdraw / Transfer from any other balance
- Choose your destination — bank account or crypto wallet
- Enter the recipient's details and the amount
- Review fees and exchange rate, then confirm
Where you can send from:

Where you can send to:
- Bank accounts in USD, EUR, NGN, IDR, KES, or UGX
- External crypto wallets (USDT, USDC)
- Other Onboard balances (via Move)
Good to know:
- USD and EUR withdrawals require additional verification
- Card balances don't support direct USD or EUR withdrawals - move funds to Cash Balance first, then send from there
- You can send to someone else's account from Cash Balance, Card, and Trading Wallet, but not from DeFi Wallet
