How are my fund transfers protected?

When you fund your card or trading wallet with local currency (Naira, Rupiah, etc), your transfer is processed by a verified merchant and secured by Onboard's escrow. Your funds are held safely until the transaction is confirmed — the trade only completes when both sides are fulfilled.

The account details shown on your payment screen — whether in your name or the merchant's — are verified and monitored by Onboard. Always pay the exact amount shown, include the reference number, and don't save the account details as they may change between transactions.

If something goes wrong, you can contact the seller from the payment screen or reach out to our support team. Onboard mediates all disputes.
