# What are the fees and limits on my USD named bank account?

Setting up your USD Account is free - no setup fee or activation charge.

**Deposit fees:**

| ---- |
| ACH | SSB Bank - 0.5% + $1 per deposit / Lead Bank - 1% + $1 per deposit |
| Fedwire | SSB Bank - 0.5% + $20 per deposit / Lead Bank - 1% + $20 per deposit |
| SWIFT (SSB Bank only) | SSB Bank - 0.5% + $25 per deposit |

Fees are deducted before funds are credited to your Cash Balance.

**Minimum deposit:** Must be above the applicable fee - more than $1 for ACH, more than $20 for Fedwire, and more than $23 for SWIFT.

**Deposit limits:**
| Type | Limit |
| ---- |
| First-party | $10,000 per deposit |
| Third-party | $2,000 per deposit |

**First-party** includes deposits from accounts in your own name, accounts sharing your surname (e.g., family members), registered business entities, and platforms (like Deel, Upwork, Envato etc)

**Third-party** is any deposit from someone who doesn't fall into the above — for example, a friend or an unrelated individual.

Deposits above these limits may trigger additional compliance review.

**Other things to know:**
* No limit on the number of deposits you can receive
