It’s one of the most powerful features of Onboard as it is simple, fast, and versatile. Almost everything you need to do with money starts here.
Let’s be honest, most apps make you dig through dashboards just to send funds. With Onboard, we made it radically simpler.

And best of all? You can send from anywhere your money lives on Onboard, whether it’s your DeFi wallet, your USD account, your virtual card, or even an external crypto wallet.
It’s easy to find
Simply look for the floating purple arrow in the app’s bottom nav. One tap, and you’ll see two clear options:
1. Send to Bank or Mobile Money
This is perfect if you're cashing out or sending to someone locally.
When you tap this, you’ll be able to:
✅ Choose where to send from:
- Your USD Account
- Your Trading Wallet
- Your Virtual Card
- Your DeFi Wallet
- An external crypto wallet
- An external local currency account (e.g. send NGN, KES, PHP, IDR, etc)
- An external USD or EUR account
✅ Choose where to send to:
- A bank account (NGN, KES, USD, EUR, etc)
- A mobile money wallet (like M-Pesa or MoMo)
For example:
Let’s say you want to send USDT from your DeFi Wallet straight to your Kenyan Shillings account. All you need to do is:
→ Tap Send → Choose Bank or Mobile Money → Select your DeFi wallet → Enter recipient details → Done.
Super cool isn’t it?
2. Send to a Crypto Wallet
This is perfect for moving funds onchain. From any of your balances (USD account, trading wallet, DeFi wallet, or card), you can send directly to an external crypto wallet, as long as the network matches.
Heads-up! To avoid failed transactions, make sure the recipient wallet is on the same network as the asset you’re sending, e.g.
- USDT on BNB Chain → must go to a BNB Chain wallet
- ETH on Base → must go to a Base-compatible wallet
