# My card is frozen due to low balance. How can I reactivate it?

If your account is frozen because your balance is lower than the minimum required amount, you can easily reactivate it by **loading your card** with the necessary funds.

Once you have added the required funds, your account will **automatically be reactivated** and you will be able to resume using your card for all your daily transactions as usual.
