Yes. Onboard is a technology platform that operates through licensed entities in multiple jurisdictions:

* **Canada** — Gopay Financial Services Inc. (doing business as Onboard Pay) is registered with FINTRAC as a Money Services Business
* **United States** — Onboard Digital is registered with FinCEN as a Money Services Business
* **Poland** — Nestcoin Europe Sp. z o.o. is a registered Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP)

Onboard is not a bank. Financial services are facilitated through third-party licensed financial institutions. Different legal entities may apply depending on your location and the services you use.
