# Is Onboard available in my country?

Onboard is available in most countries worldwide. However, due to regulatory requirements, some countries are not supported for identity verification — which means access to features like Cash balance, Cards, Trading Wallet, and Send is not available.

**Countries where Onboard verification is not supported:**
* Afghanistan
* Algeria
* Belarus
* Burundi
* Central African Republic
* China
* Comoros
* Congo (Democratic Republic)
* Congo (Republic)
* Cuba
* Gambia
* Iran
* Iraq
* Kyrgyzstan
* Lebanon
* Liberia
* Libya
* Maldives
* Myanmar
* Nicaragua
* North Korea
* Russia
* Sao Tome and Principe
* Serbia
* Somalia
* South Sudan
* Sudan
* Suriname
* Svalbard and Jan Mayen
* Syria
* Tajikistan
* Togo
* Tokelau
* Turkmenistan
* Ukraine
* United States
* Uzbekistan
* Venezuela
* Wallis and Futuna
* Yemen
* Zimbabwe

If you're in one of these countries, you'll see a message that your country is not supported when you attempt to verify your identity.

**Some features have additional country restrictions:**
* **Flex Card** — Also not available in Cyprus, India, Israel, Montenegro, Nepal, North Macedonia, Palestine, Turkey, and Vietnam. You can still use other Onboard features including the Classic Card.
* **USD Account** — Also not available in Bangladesh, Gaza Strip, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Morocco, Mozambique, Nepal, North Macedonia, Pakistan, Palestine, and Qatar.
