How do I send money from my USD account?

You can send money from your USD account in two ways:

• To a bank or mobile money account
• To a crypto wallet

Send to a bank or mobile money account

• On your Onboard app, go to Cash and tap Send.

• Select Bank or Mobile Money.

• Choose the currency you want to send to and enter the amount. You’ll see the conversion rate before proceeding.

• Select an existing recipient or add a new one.

• Review the details, then tap Confirm. You may need to verify with your passkey or email.

Send to a crypto wallet

• On your Onboard app, go to Cash and tap Send

• Select Crypto Wallet.

• Choose the crypto you want to send and select the network.

• Enter the recipient’s wallet address.

• Enter the amount you want to send. You’ll see any applicable fees and the amount the recipient will receive.

• Review the details, then tap Confirm. You may need to verify with your passkey or email.

Notes

• Conversion rates apply when sending to other currencies.

• Crypto network fees apply when sending to a crypto wallet.

• Withdrawal times depend on the receiving bank or blockchain network.

• Crypto transfers cannot be reversed, so always double-check the wallet address.
