How do I move money between my USD account and other Onboard balances?

You can now move money between your USD account and other Onboard balances using the Move feature.

This lets you transfer funds internally across your Onboard balances in just a few steps.

You can move money between:

• Your USD balance (Cash)
• Cards
• Trading wallet
• DeFi wallet

and other available Onboard balances.

How to move money on Onboard

• On your Onboard app, open any balance you want to move money from
• Tap Move.
• Select the balance you’re moving from (for example, your USD balance).
• Select the balance you’re moving to (for example, your Card or Trading wallet).
• Enter the amount you want to move.
• Review the details and tap Confirm.

That’s it. Your money will be moved instantly between your selected balances.

Notes

• Moving money happens within Onboard. This feature does not allow you send funds to an external bank or wallet.
• Some ‘moves’ may include applicable fees, which will always be shown before you confirm the transfer.
• Exchange rates and fees (if any) are displayed clearly during the review step.
