# How do I fund my Onboard card with Naira (NGN)?

You can fund your card with Nigerian Naira directly from a bank account:

1. Tap **Card** from the bottom menu of your app
2. Tap **Fund** on your card (swipe right if you have multiple cards)
3. Select **NGN** from the currency options
4. Enter the amount you want to add
5. A unique account number will be generated for this transaction — transfer the exact amount shown to that account
6. Tap **I've paid** once you've sent the money
7. Once confirmed, the funds will be converted to USD and credited to your card

|| Important: The account number is generated specifically for this transaction. You must send the exact amount shown — incorrect amounts or payments sent after the transaction expires will be reversed.

**Fees:**
* 1.25% funding fee on your Flex card

Conversion from NGN to USD happens at the live rate at the time of confirmation.

**Limits:** $1 minimum, $5,000 maximum per transaction. If you enter an amount above available limits, you'll see an error.

**If your order is delayed:** In rare cases, processing may take longer than usual. If this happens, you may be directed to the web-based Exchange interface to follow up on your order.

**If you see "No offers available":** This means there's temporarily no liquidity for your selected amount. Try again in a few minutes or adjust the amount.
